Description
The Nike Air Max 1 ‘86 OG ‘Big Bubble’ pays homage to Chicago, featuring a color scheme that reflects the city’s concrete and steel infrastructure. White leather on the toe box is contrasted by varying shades of grey on the leather saddle, suede heel overlay, and cracked leather mudguard. Unique details include a reflective Swoosh in Blue Chill, along with a graphic depicting Chicago’s skyline on the tongue tag and sockliner. Lightweight cushioning arrives via a foam midsole with a large-volume Max Air unit taken from the short-lived ’86 Air Max 1.
