Description
The Air Jordan 1 Mid 'Phoenix Suns' dropped in 2013 as part of the Formidable Foes pack. The collection honors some of the teams that Jordan faced, and often defeated, at the height of his career. The ‘Phoenix Suns’ colorway serves as a nod to the team that Charles Barkley led against the Chicago Bulls in the 1993 NBA Finals. Despite being crowned that season’s MVP, Barkley couldn’t get the better of Jordan and company, eventually losing in Game 6. Even so, this edition of the AJ1 honors the effort with a premium leather design in Bright Citrus and Court Purple.
